That is why we start with the property. We are looking for existing retail, fuel, and hospitality businesses with easy access, useful amenities, and people who care about the place.
Every property is different. One might have a market and a patio, and another a coffee counter and clean restrooms. What each one offers, and when it is open, depends on the host.
